DAZCOM was founded in by Donald A.
Zarou in 1998 after many years of serving as Director of Education Resources
for a Lutheran Medical Center, a teaching hospital based in Brooklyn, New
York. At LMC, he was not only the Director of Educational Resource
Center, but also Director of the Medical Library. He also was in
charge of the following:
 | Coordinator of Audio-Visual (A/V) Services for Medical
Education.

 | A/V and Satellite Consultant to Executive Office.
|
 | Chief Engineer of Health First Broadcast Center, an
in-house CATV/CCTV system.
|
 | (HFBC Delivering patient education programming to the
bedside televisions.
These channels included: diabetes, stroke, hypertension, maternity among
others.

 | JCAHO, CME, CNE Chief Engineer and Site Coordinator
Satellite Teleconferencing Systems.

 | Chief Engineer Videotape Recording, Editing &
Production.
|
 | JCAHO Patient & Family Taskforce, Committee Member for
technical support.

 | Maintain ERC staff schedule, assignments and employee
evaluations.

 | Training Coordinator new Computer Information Services
CDROM Network.

 | Technician, 35mm, and Computer Slide Production System
for all hospital staff.

 | Management: Patient Television Rental Services.

DAZCOM now is located in Cornelius, North Carolina, 20 miles
north of Charlotte and now concentrates on contracting to hospitals,
including hospital CATV systems, Technical Consultant; Satellite TV Coordinator; Cable TV System Head Engineer; Chief Coordinator Multimedia Resources;
audio-video services for medical education and directing educational
resources.
Mr. Zarou is a goal-oriented individual with strong
leadership capabilities and a proven ability to work in unison with staff,
and Board of Directors.
